Wheels, Tracks & Rollers

*Prerequisite: You must hold a Class 1 (Car) Full Licence.

The W endorsement is for vehicles with specialised wheels, excluding forklifts, passenger vehicles, tractors, fire engines, trade vehicles, and recovery service vehicles.

This course covers:

• Unit Standard 16701: Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving vehicles requiring a W endorsement.

Other information:

• • Attendees are required to wear safety boots/shoes while operating the machinery.
  • Courses are held at our office, with machinery provided. Alternatively, courses can be arranged at your workplace with manager approval.
  • This course can also be combined with the T (tracks) and/or R (Rollers) endorsements as a one-day course.

The T endorsement allows you to operate vehicles with self-laying tracks.

This course covers:

• Unit Standard 16703: Knowledge and skills for driving vehicles on tracks (T endorsement).

• Courses are held at our office, with machinery provided. Alternatively, courses can be arranged at your workplace with manager approval.
